Please go over these terms and conditions for booking and staying at Le Orlando Private Resort. By booking with us, you explicitly AGREE that you have read and understood our rental policy, and that you accept and will fully abide with the rules set herein.
Definitions
- “Management” and “We” refers to Le Orlando Private Resort, including owner and staff.
- “Property” pertains to Le Orlando Private Resort, as well as all materials and items found within.
- “Guest(s)” and “You” means the person(s) booking and staying inside Le Orlando Private Resort.
- “Website” means leorlandoprivateresort.com.
General
This section outlines the policies that must be followed at all times when inside the property. Should guests disregard any of the following rules, management has the right to remove these persons from the property with no refund:
1. The use and/or possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited inside the property. Resort staff will report such activities to the concerned authorities.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed in all areas inside the property.
3. Pets of any kind and size are unfortunately, NOT allowed to enter the premises.
4. ONLY 30 persons/guests are allowed to enter the resort. Any excess of the maximum will be denied entry.
5. Guests are required to act in an appropriate manner at all times.
6. Damages and breakages, as well as property items lost or misplaced must be reported to the staff. Guests will be held liable for any damages or loss and must be settled prior to leaving the resort premises.
7. Please maintain cleanliness. We prohibit the use of any confetti cannons or glitter bombs inside the resort. Party set up and use of catering services are strictly prohibited.
8. Management shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illness or any untoward mishaps that may occur while inside the resort premises.
9. Management shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility as a result of any unlawful and/or wrongful act committed by the guests.
10. Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Management shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of valuable items of the guests.
12. Rules for pool use are as follows: a. NO diving; NO running; NO Pushing; NO rough play. b. Please shower before entering the pool. c. Please use the restrooms as needed. d. Food or drinks are prohibited in the pool area. e. Children are required to be accompanied by an adult while inside the swimming pool at all times. f. Do not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol to prevent any untoward incidents.
13. To ensure everyone’s safety, guests are prohibited from bringing in any electrical appliances and other flammable items.
Reservations and Payment
1. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay (Holy Week, Christmas, New Year’s).
2. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to fully secure your reservation, a 50% down payment is required. Please send a copy of deposit slip or online transfer either thru email, FB messenger or WhatsApp.
3. The remaining balance is to be settled with the resort staff before checking in. Cash or online bank transfer will be accepted. Please provide proof of online transfer before entering the private resort.
4. Any outstanding fees must be paid for to the resort staff before leaving the resort premises.
Refunds and Cancellations
1. Cancellations are not allowed and refund is not permitted. Rebooking may be acceptable if your preferred date has travel restrictions declared by the Government.
2. Rebooking may also be acceptable if an unfortunate event befalls unto the booking guest. The primary guest is required to present a medical certificate or police report dated within 48 hours of your intended arrival.
3. If permitted, rebooking to another date can only be done within 30 days from your original reservation.
4. Failure to arrive on the reserved date will be considered a no show and will result in forfeiture of the deposit made.
Check-in and Check-out
1. Early check-ins are not allowed unless otherwise permitted by management or resort staff. Guests can only enter the resort on their assigned check-in time.
2. The resort staff will inspect the whole property prior to guests check out to look into any kinds of property damage or loss.
3. The resort must be vacated by the assigned check-out time unless otherwise permitted by management or resort staff. If permitted, additional fees will apply.
